Accurate use and maintenance of crushing hammer

(1) The hammer rod of the hydraulic hammer is perpendicular to the surface of the object to be pressed from beginning to end, and the object to be pressed is pressed with the hammer rod. After crushing, stop the hydraulic hammer directly to avoid empty beating.
(2) When breaking hard objects, knock them gradually from the edge first, and do not knock them continuously at the same point for one minute, so as not to damage the hammer rod or overheat the gear oil.
(3) When the small excavator rotates, the hammer rod does not have to touch other objects.
(4) When working in water, only the hammer rod can penetrate into the water. If you really need to work underwater in the whole hydraulic hammer, you should buy special underwater engineering hydraulic hammer from the manufacturer.

2. Maintenance
Due to the extreme working standards in the hydraulic hammer, proper maintenance can reduce the common faults of the equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment. In addition to the common maintenance of small excavators, attention should also be paid to the following aspects.
(1) Visual inspection
Check the clearance between the hammer rod and the shaft sleeve, and check whether there is gear oil leakage. If there is oil leakage, it indicates that the low-pressure oil leakage seal is damaged and should be replaced by professional technicians. Check whether the anchor bolt is loose and whether the shaft pin at the maintenance joint is damaged.
(2) Wetting
Add grease to the lubrication points of working equipment at least twice a day.
(3) Replace the filter element and gear oil.
When using hydraulic hammer, the mildew and environmental pollution of gear oil are much faster than that of ordinary bucket. Under normal circumstances, the oil filter element and gear oil in the hydraulic transmission system should be replaced at half of the normal replacement time.
