2. Hydraulic: Before normal use, pay attention to the amount of hydraulic oil and oil pressure. Replace the hydraulic oil, oil return filter element, pilot filter element, etc. according to the standard maintenance cycle, and always pay attention to whether the filter element has adsorbed iron filings, copper filings, etc. Debris.

When using small crushing machinery, the hydraulic oil pressure is higher, and the deterioration of the hydraulic oil of the small excavator will accelerate. The replacement cycle should be shortened, and it is not necessary to work for a long time without oil. 3. Electrical: Mainly pay attention to waterproof, do not work in deep water, and do not directly wash electrical parts with water when cleaning small excavators. Do not pile up debris, especially metal conductors, in the battery box. It is not allowed to replace the original car fuse with iron wire and copper wire, and it is not allowed to replace it with substandard fuse. When a small excavator is parked for a long time, the battery cable must be removed to ensure safety and improve battery life.

4. Mechanical: Rotary reducer and travel reducer replace the gear oil periodically. Attention should be paid to cleaning up the dirt and debris on the pin shaft and adding butter in time. After wading, when the water flows over the rotary gear ring, please pay attention to replace the grease in the rotary gear ring in time. Please pay attention to the anti-rust of the cylinder rod at all times during normal use.

5. Structure: Check every day whether the bolts and bolts of each part are loose, fall off, or missing, find the problem in time and fasten it in time, and check whether the structure is cracked or deformed.

6. When parking the excavator, pay attention to the surrounding environment in advance, park it on a solid, stable and hard ground, and do not park in dangerous environment areas such as rivers, cliffs, and hillsides to prevent accidents.
